Robert R. Demerath, Ph.D. (“Dr. Bob”) is a Licensed Psychologist, forensic expert, author, lecturer, teacher, researcher, neuropsychologist, life span clinical developmentalist, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral.  More than 30 years ago, Dr. Bob consulted and owned a tutorial business to help students with and without special challenges succeed in their academic and personal goals.  After serving as an active Marine in 1979 Dr. Bob moved to New York for the first time, completed a Bachelors in 1982, and married his wife of more than 30 years.  He went on to finish a Masters in 1985 and Doctorate in 1988 from Ohio State University’s Nisonger Center. Using empirically based practices; Dr. Bob has helped thousands of families with individuals of all ages, skill sets, or disabilities improve their relationships, as well as advance their academic, social, emotional, and general behavioral health.  Dr. Bob has worked for over two years with this ‘extremely caring and talented group of professionals’ to bring LearnNY to the public.
